RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At VacuRide LLC, your satisfaction matters. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy under the conditions outlined below.

30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.

1% Restocking fee

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original condition — unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or order confirmation email)

Items that are damaged through misuse, missing parts, or show clear signs of use beyond reasonable inspection may not qualify for a full refund.

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at Vacuridellc@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond with return instructions and a return shipping address.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or was sent in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund to your account.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Vacuridellc@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items
Final-sale items, clearance items, and gift cards are not eligible for return or refund.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order for the item you'd like.
